Placing an order with Safe & Sound on-line is simple. Just search our site and click on items want you to purchase and proceed to checkout. If you are not quite comfortable with purchasing items on the web, we do accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail.

There are five major departments to choose from. The vertical navigation bar on the left will provide links to the product departments for each major department (i.e. Children's department - Cushions). If you need help in determining a product by room, you can use our Safety by Room tours. There, you will find important safety information specific to each room, and product recommendations to solve even the most difficult safety problems in your home.

If you can't find a product you need, you can use our Keyword Search boxes. These search boxes are located on virtually every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its detail page.

If you want to order an item, simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item on the product list or the product detail page. Upon clicking the "Add to Cart", your item(s) will be added to the shopping cart, and you can continue shopping right where you left off. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you want to change the quantity of any item in the shopping cart, simply enter the new quantity number and click the "Recalculate Total" button. If you want to delete any item in the shopping cart, place a zero (0) in the quantity field and click the "Recalculate Total" button.

Enter Shipping and Billing Information

When you are ready to buy the items in your shopping cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the Shipping and Billing Information page. Fill in your shipping and credit card information and click the "Place My Order" button.

Next fill out your Billing information and tell us where you would like to ship your order.

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, and Safe & Sound gift certificates. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place My Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
