After plugging the appliances into the outlets, the cover securely snaps shut. Fits most standard single row outlet power strips and surge suppressors. Fits most transformers and heavy gauge 3-prong plugs. For added safety, includes four outlet safety plugs for any unused outlets on the power strip. Convenient access to on/off switch.
